Samantha Medve

Samantha Medve has always had deep roots in Texas agriculture and community. After earning her degree in Agribusiness from Texas A&M University in 2011, she went on to complete a Master’s in Agricultural Sciences at Sam Houston State University in 2013, followed by the prestigious Ranch Management Certificate at the King Ranch Institute in 2016. Her passion for land and ranching runs strong—she and her family operate a cow-calf operation in Washington, Fayette, and the surrounding counties, and she also owns investment properties herself.
Living in historic Old Washington, near where Texas became Texas, Samantha blends her agricultural background with her love of real estate to bring a unique perspective to her clients. Whether it’s Farm & Ranch or Residential properties, her knowledge, enthusiasm, and hands-on experience shine through in every conversation.
Samantha also served as President of the South Central Board of REALTORS, where she dedicated her time to supporting her peers and elevating the profession. Clients and colleagues alike describe her as approachable, knowledgeable, and passionate about helping people achieve their goals—whether that’s finding the perfect homestead, investing in property, or selling a family ranch.
